You’ll get a confirmation email with all the details - date, time, location, and a prep tips guide you might need. Easy peasy.

Keep your dog’s routine as normal as possible. A light meal beforehand helps keep them calm and comfy. If your pup is usually groomed, we recommend a full groom a week or two before, or at least a quick trim around the eyes - those eyes are the stars of the show!

Bring your dog’s favorite toy, treats, or any comfort items that help them feel at ease. These familiar things help us capture their true personality. You're also welcome to bring props you'd like in the photos! We’ve got a variety of accessories at the studio too - bows, toys, and more.

You can reschedule up to 7 days before your session - your deposit will carry over. Cancellations are non-refundable.

If you cancel or reschedule within 7 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
